Dr. Jami Bryant Ph.D MBA, MPH, RN NPD-BC CIC CRE brings a wealth of expertise in administrative nursing and leadership, fortified by advanced training from LEAN and the John Maxwell Team. Holding both a Ph.D. and an MBA with a focus on business and leadership, Dr. Bryant has an illustrious career marked by significant accomplishments in the healthcare sector.
Before transitioning to consulting, Dr. Bryant served as the Director of Quality at a large multi-facility organization, overseeing Infection Prevention, Risk Management, Employee Health, and Comprehensive Stroke and Chest Pain/MI Certified Programs. During this tenure, Dr. Bryant was instrumental in fostering collaborative relationships between hospital leadership, nursing, and physician teams. This synergy led to the certification of the stroke and MI/chest pain programs, a substantial decrease in healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and cardiac readmissions, and an improvement in the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade from a C to an A rating. Additionally, patient satisfaction scores saw a marked increase within the first 18 months of Dr. Bryant’s leadership due to effective process implementations.

Meet Dina Corry, a seasoned Adult Nurse Practitioner, who is a visionary whose dedication lies in enhancing the lives of Patients and strengthening her community through education and breaking down obstacles to effective healthcare access.
Dina’s journey is one of passion, expertise, and innovation. With a diverse background in hospital administration and clinical practice, including a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University, Dina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community that was forged by working in various practice settings and States. Her relentless pursuit of excellence led her to further her education, obtaining an associate degree in nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing, and board certification as a CRNP.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, Dina’s track record speaks for itself. She has pioneered innovative healthcare solutions, including her groundbreaking home-based nurse infusion company in Philadelphia. In addition, she founded a community-based hospice program where the needs of patients and family members were at the forefront of care delivery through terminal seasons and transitions. But beyond accolades and achievements, Dina’s true calling lies in empowering patients, particularly those who are underserved, to take charge of their health and well-being. By becoming active participants in their healthcare through education and setting realistic goals, she feels health outcomes will improve thus affecting overall quality of life.
